These are placeholder terms for the DEXScan demo site. When you launch on this template, replace this page with your own terms of service, privacy policy and any market-data disclosures your product needs.
Terms of service
DEXScan is provided as is, for professional use. You are responsible for orders placed through your account, for keeping your API keys private, and for complying with the rules of the venues you trade on. We may update the terminal and these terms as the product evolves.
Privacy
We store your account details, layouts and watchlists so the terminal opens the way you left it. Market data flows through our servers but is never sold or shared. You can export or delete your data at any time from settings.
Market data
Prices, order book depth and volume shown in DEXScan come from the venues you connect. Data may be delayed by your plan or by the venue. Nothing in the terminal is investment advice, and past performance is not a promise of future results.
